Browse our website and select the book(s) you want to purchase. Click the “Buy Now” button for each book you’d like. This will take you directly to the checkout page. There, you will provide your billing and shipping information and choose your preferred payment method.
We accept various payment methods, including mobile money (MPESA LIPA NAMBA 56 91 296) for all transactions, credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) for online transactions, and cash on delivery (COD) for orders within Dar es Salaam only.
You don’t need an account to place an an order.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and order value. You can find details about our delivery zones, rates, and estimated timeframes on our Delivery page. Generally, orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday-Saturday are delivered on the same day (Dar es Salaam only) or the next day within Dar es Salaam. Deliveries to other regions typically take place via bus within a day.
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above a certain value. For details, please refer to our Delivery page.
We don’t currently offer online order tracking. However, you will receive confirmation by phone call upon delivery (COD) or upon receipt of the bus company shipment confirmation (regional deliveries).
Yes, you may return unopened and undamaged books within 24 hours of receiving your order. For more information on our return and exchange policy, please see our Returns & Refunds page.
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged book. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist you. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
Currently, we only sell new books.
We do not offer ebooks at this time.
