Payment Methods:
- Mobile Money: We accept payments through MPESA LIPA NAMBA 512 512 82 – BAYBOOKS STORE, which conveniently accepts payments from all mobile money services in Tanzania (Mpesa, TigoPesa, Airtel Money etc).
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted for secure online transactions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): This option is available for orders within Dar es Salaam only.
Important Note for Orders Outside Dar es Salaam:
- Full payment is required upfront for all orders shipping to regions outside of Dar es Salaam. We cannot process orders for these locations with COD.
Order Confirmation and Payment Reminders:
- To ensure prompt delivery of your books, we will send you a confirmation email after placing your order. This email will include details about your order and payment instructions (if applicable).
- If you forget to make a payment within one hour of placing an order requiring upfront payment, we will send you a friendly reminder via email or phone.
- Unfortunately, orders with outstanding payments after the reminder period will be subject to cancellation.
Refund Policy:
- For your peace of mind, we offer a full refund on any books that are not delivered after a confirmed payment.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for books that have already been delivered.
