Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes you might receive a book that isn’t what you ordered, or it might arrive damaged. In these situations, we want to help you get the book you want. This policy outlines how to exchange or return books.
Exchanges
- You may exchange any unopened and undamaged book within 24 hours of receiving your order for another book of equal or lesser value.
- We will only accept exchanges for books that are in the same condition as they were delivered, with no markings, rips, tears, burns, water damage, or any other form of wear or tear.
Refunds (Exceptions Only)
- We will only offer a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- We deliver the wrong book(s) and are unable to fulfill a replacement order with the correct book(s) within a reasonable timeframe.
- The book arrives damaged and unusable, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- In these exceptional cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned book.
- Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
- Books that have been opened or used
- Books that are damaged due to customer negligence (e.g., markings, rips, tears, burns, water damage)
- Items returned after the 24-hour window

- Title(s) of the book(s) you wish to exchange or return
- Reason for exchange or return (if applicable)
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the book(s). You will likely be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
